Orders usually take 2 to 3 business days to process. However, processing time may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as your payment method is declined, your address cannot be verified, or other user error. Once your order has processed successfully, it will be shipped and you'll be notified via email. We'll inform you if your order is delayed for any reason. Delivery by U.S.P.S takes between 4 - 13 days. When your package ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@modestlyhautecouture.com with details of the product and the defect.  

Any defective product(s) must be returned in all of its original packaging, and in new, unused, unworn condition.
